Q. Does the Library have my textbook?

As a general rule, the library does not order textbooks for each class as new editions are often released each year and it's not financially possible, unfortunately, for the library to buy them all. We wish we could!

It is still worth checking to see if we have do a particular textbook, or if we can order it from another library for you.

Search Novanet for the book:​           

• You may need to look at the holdings at more than one library to locate an available copy:   
  • If the book is available for loan, the item status will say 'Available'. You can place a hold on the book in our catalogue.
  • If the book is at another Novanet library, you can use Novanet Express. Follow these instructions to order a book.
