There are two places with online access to new books received by the library. Both sources are updated monthly and link titles back to the library catalogue, so you can check and see if the book is available:

  • Library website: scroll through the full list of new acquisitions.
  • New Books library guide: click on individual subjects or download the full list in a clickable Word or PDF document.

You can also browse the New Books display found on the first floor of the library by the fireplace. The display is changed every three to four weeks.

If you see a book in the catalogue with the status 'New Books (Can be borrowed)', you can find the book on the display on the first floor rather than in the stacks.
