You can find e-books in the same way that you find print books, by entering search words in the novanet catalogue. You can also search for e-books directly in one of our e-book databases.
Once you find e-books you'd like to read, you can simply read online, using your web browser.
Many of the library's e-books also allow you to download all or a portion of the book to read offline. You can transfer your downloaded e-books to your e-reader.
Note: The ProQuest eBook Central database requires you to download a free software called Adobe Digital Editions to view your e-books. You can then download your e-book as an EPUB or PDF file.
If you'd like to download your e-books onto a mobile device, you must install an Adobe Digital Editions compatible e-book reader app from your app store. This app must be registered with the same Adobe account name and password used when you downloaded the books to your computer.
