Some users have had difficulties accessing Government of Canada publications when using Google Chrome. This issue is typically a problem with the Adobe Acrobat extension. We recommend any of the following workarounds: 

  • Disabling the Adobe Acrobat extension
  • Using another web browser to access publications on that site  
  • Right-click the PDF link from the catalogue record and choose “save link as” on your device/desktop instead of opening directly from the source.
