Q. I'm a distance student. How do I access articles/books from the library?

Distant students access online materials in the same way that all students do.

Simply go to the main Patrick Power Library page and search for the materials you need.  The Subject and Research Guide is a great resource to start with if you are unfamiliar with the best databases for your program.

Logging in is best done here. Click on the sign in spot on the upper right hand corner and sign in with your SMU email and password. That should give you access to all the online material that we can provide off campus access for.
