Yes. There is a scanner hooked up to the Express Printing station on the first floor of the library for use by members of the SMU community. A SMU computer account is required as you will need an S number and password to log in to the computer to use the scanner. This service is not available for use by the general public at this time.

The instructions are on the scanner, but if you need assistance, stop by the Research Help desk.

There are also two scanners at the Center for Academic Technologies (CAT) office located on the first floor of the Atrium. These scanners are also only for users with a SMU computer account.

  1. If you're looking to scan something larger than a standard size paper, you may need to go to the Print Shop in McNally Main, near the Security Desk. (Note: the print shop doesn't take cash.)
